Fraudsters may send fake SMS fraud alerts with their own contact number. Save 0800 110 929 on your phone and use only this number to report fraud.
If you're asked to make a payment, approve an Approve-it message, or log in to your banking app to reverse a transaction, end the call. It's a scam.
Nedbank will never ask you to transfer funds to a 'safe' or 'vault' account.
