Innocent Dutiro
Independent Non Executive Director Chairman
MBA (Wits Business School), MSc, Engineering Solid Mechanics (University of Manchester), B.Sc. Mech Eng. Hons (University of Zimbabwe)
Mr. Dutiro is a seasoned professional and dynamic leader with significant board level, executive and consulting experience gained in several industry sectors. He has served on several boards in South Africa, India, Australia, Botswana, Namibia, Nigeria and Kenya. He has worked in operational and executive roles in Power Generation, Banking, Insurance, Human Capital and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (“FMCG”) industries. He served as CEO of Momentum Metropolitan’s International Division and as CEO of JSE listed Adcorp Holdings. Mr. Dutiro is currently Founder and Managing Partner of CxO LAB (Pty) Ltd, a Strategic Advisory Practice that supports and advises C suite executives on key strategic decision making. Mr. Dutiro joined the Nedbank Zimbabwe Limited board of directors with effect from the 1st of January 2025 and was appointed to be Chairman of the Bank’s board of directors with effect from 13 September 2025. He is a member of the Remuneration Committee, Sustainability and Climate Resilience Committee, Information, Communication and Technology Committee and Loans Review Committee.
