Farai Sithole has been the Company Secretary since 2007. Before joining the Bank, he held the position of Company Secretary and Finance Manager at Venture Capital Company of Zimbabwe,
Finance Executive at PG Industries and worked for Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants (Zimbabwe), where he completed his articles. During this time, he was seconded to Tanzania for a period of 5 months where he was exposed to auditing companies in various industries. His key strengths are in Auditing, Governance, Company Secretarial and Corporate Finance. He was appointed Company Secretary and Head of Human Resources in April 2020.
