Norman was appointed to the position of Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking on 1 November 2020. He has 29 years of banking experience of which 19 have been in various managerial roles in Retail and Wholesale Banking. His areas of experience include internal Audit, Credit analysis, Branch management, Relationship management, Trade and Structured Finance. He has held various senior relationship roles in corporate relationship management, trade and structured finance and general management of the wholesale banking division as the second in charge at Nedbank Zimbabwe Limited.
