Audit and Assurance Executive
Master of Business Administration Finance from UNICA, B. Comm Accounting (Honors) from the UNISA, Undergraduate B. Comm Accounting degree from the University of Fort Hare, Chartered Accountant (South Africa), Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe), Registered Public Accountant, Member of the SAICA, ICAZ, ISACA as well and PAAB (Zimbabwe)
Ntombi is a seasoned finance professional with experience spanning external audits, forensic investigations, internal audits, and financial management. She has a track record in financial leadership, risk management, and corporate governance, with expertise in internal controls, IFRS reporting, and fraud risk management. Ntombi has advised boards and senior executives, driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Ntombi has gained experience working first with Nedbank Zimbabwe, PwC Zimbabwe, CnJ Accounting, and Moore Stephens, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She has also served as a board member for ZIMDEF, playing a key role in governance and oversight. She joined Nedbank Zimbabwe as Audit and Assurance Executive on 1 August 2021.
