1. Event Overview
The Nedbank Social Impact Unit (SIU) is proud to host the 2025 Partner Appreciation Day and Gala Dinner, designed to celebrate strategic partnerships and shared impact. The Golf Day will take place on Tuesday, 18 November 2025, at the prestigious Royal Johannesburg & Kensington Golf Club, offering a relaxed yet purposeful environment for networking and collaboration. The Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony will follow in the evening at the same venue, running from 17h30 to 23h00, and will feature entertainment, recognition of partner contributions, and a celebration of collective achievements.
2. Participation & Registration
Participation in both events is by invitation only, and invitations are non-transferable unless prior written approval is obtained from SIU. All invited guests must complete and submit the relevant registration forms by 10 October 2025 at 12h00 (noon) to confirm attendance. Golf participants are required to arrive and register at least 45 minutes before their scheduled tee-off time, at the designated patio area near the Pro Shop. For the Gala Dinner, guests must confirm attendance and provide full details including names, dietary preferences, and vehicle registration information to facilitate access and ensure a tailored experience.
3. Golf Day Format & Packages
The Golf Day will follow a Betterball Stableford format, with each participating organisation allocated four complimentary player slots, grouped into two teams. Players who do not have an official handicap will be assigned a default handicap of 18. Two participation tiers are available: the Emerald Tier, which includes four player slots, two golf carts, a sleeve of golf balls, branded golf T-shirts, a Nedbank golf gift, and the opportunity to sponsor a hole. Hole sponsorship includes branding signage, on-course activations such as gazebos, snacks, and games, with corkage and activation costs borne by the sponsor. The Sapphire Tier includes all the benefits of the Emerald Tier, excluding the hole sponsorship option.
