R150 complimentary voucher promotional campaign for King Shaka International Airport Bidvest Lounge closure for Nedbank Private Clients.
Terms and conditions
1 The promotional campaign
Nedbank Limited (the “Promoter”) is offering you the opportunity to get a R150 voucher for purchases at Mugg & Bean located at King Shaka International Airport (“Retailer”) during the closure of the Bidvest Lounge at King Shaka International Airport.
2 Period
The Promotional Campaign will commence on the 1st of April 2025 and end on the 31st May 2025 (the “Promotional Period”) unless the Promoter extends the Promotion Period in writing.
3 Who can and cannot participate
3.1 In order to participate in the Promotional Campaign, all Participants (the “Participant”) must:
3.1.1 be 18 years or older
3.1.2 permanently reside in the Republic of South Africa;
3.1.3 have a valid green bar coded South African identity book or smart card;
3.1.4 hold a Nedbank Private Clients Transactional and Credit card product.
4 How it works
4.1 A Participant will receive an SMS and In-App message on the Nedbank Money App with instructions on how to redeem the voucher.
4.2 A Participant will receive a unique digital voucher code that will be presented to waitrons at the Retailer to redeem the R150 voucher.
4.3 The waitron will capture the digital voucher code on the in-store point of sale system and deduct a maximum of R150 from the Participant’s bill.
4.4 The Voucher is only redeemable at the Retailer, after the security gate, domestic departures.
4.5 Each Participant is entitled to a maximum of one voucher per month during the closure period.
4.6 Each voucher will be a single use voucher and can only be redeemed once.
5 General
5.1 Vouchers are not transferable, and any vouchers not taken up, forfeited or rejected for any reason will expire on the last day of the promotional period.
5.2 The Voucher shall not be exchanged for cash amounts.
5.3 The Promoter will not be responsible for any additional conditions imposed by third parties.
5.4 The Voucher will only be available in-App.
5.5 The Promoter will not be liable for delays or failure to deliver any part of the Voucher resulting from acts beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter. Such acts include, without limitation, acts of God, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, civil disorder, rebellions or revolutions in any country, epidemics, acts of terrorism, vandalism or sabotage, governmental regulations imposed after the fact, communication line failures, power and telecommunications failures, earthquakes, fire, floods or other disasters. The Promoter will notify the Participant as soon as reasonably possible if the Voucher is affected in this manner.
5.6 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Voucher at any time with another of similar commercial value.
6 General
6.1 All information relating to the Promotional Campaign and published on any promotional material shall form part of the terms and conditions of the Promotional Campaign.
6.2 The Promoter, its associated companies, its agents, contractors and sponsors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from an entrant’s participation in the Promotional Campaign or for any loss or damage, howsoever arising.

6.4 By entering the Promotional Campaign, all Participants agree to be bound by the Promotional Campaign Rules.
6.5 The Promoter is not liable for any accident, injury, harm, death, damages, costs and/or loss sustained by a Participant, at any point during the use of the Voucher.
6.6 The Promotional Campaign may be terminated immediately and without notice if the Promoter is required to attend to such because of legislative or regulatory reasons.
