  1. Log on to with your app PIN, Nedbank ID, fingerprint or Face ID. 
  2. Tap More.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Select Communication settings. 
  5. Tap the toggle to allow communication. Green shows that you’ve activated your notifications.
