  1. Log on with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or Face ID.
  2. Tap More.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Profile settings. 
  5. Tap Profile details.
  6. Scroll down to the Additional contact details section. You will see your Email address.
  7. Tap next to Email address to change your email address.
  8. Remember to verify your new email address as follows:
  9. Under your email address, tap on Verify.
  10. We will send an OTP that will be valid for 24 hours to your updated email address.
  11. Enter the OTP on the app to confirm the update.
  1. Log on with your Nedbank ID or QR Code.
  2. Select the icon with your initials in the top right corner.
  3. Click on your profile.
  4. Under Profile settings, scroll down to Contact details.
  5. Select the Edit icon next to Contact details.
  6. Update your email address and tick the box to give consent.
  7. Select Save changes to save your updated email address.
  8. Remember to verify your new email address as follows:
  9. On the Profile settings screen, under your email address, select Complete verification.
  10. We'll send an OTP that will be valid for 24 hours to your email address. 
  11. Enter the OTP on your Online Banking profile to confirm the update.
