Every now and then, we will ask that you complete a periodic review of your personal information. You can do this on the Money app by following these steps:
 
  1. Log on with your Nedbank ID, app PIN, or Face ID.
  2. Tap More in the bottom right of your screen.  
  3. Select Settings, Profile settings, then go to Profile details.
  4. If your banking profile is up for review, you will see a message asking you to Confirm your personal details.
  5. Select Confirm your details now and you will be shown information in three steps.
  6. If you need to edit some information, select Edit, make the changes and then Save changes.
  7. If your information is correct, select Yes to proceed.
  8. Follow all the steps until you see a Completed notification and then select Done.
  9. If you see this message: Unable to complete your confirmation, please visit your nearest branch or contact our toll-free call centre for assistance.

  1. Log on to Online Banking with your Nedbank ID or QR code.
  2. Select Profile settings.
  3. Select Profile details.
  4.  If your banking profile is up for review, you will see a message asking you to Confirm your personal details.
  5. Select Confirm your details now and you will be shown information in three steps.
  6. If you need to edit some information, select the Edit icon, make the changes, and then Save changes.
  7. If your information is correct, select Yes to proceed.
  8. Follow all the steps until you see a Completed notification and then select Done.
