Every now and then, we will ask that you complete a periodic review of your personal information. You can do this on the Money app by following these steps:
- Log on with your Nedbank ID, app PIN, or Face ID.
- Tap More in the bottom right of your screen.
- Select Settings, Profile settings, then go to Profile details.
- If your banking profile is up for review, you will see a message asking you to Confirm your personal details.
- Select Confirm your details now and you will be shown information in three steps.
- If you need to edit some information, select Edit, make the changes and then Save changes.
- If your information is correct, select Yes to proceed.
- Follow all the steps until you see a Completed notification and then select Done.
