  1. Log in with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
  2. Go to Cards.
  3. Tap Freeze cards.
  4. Read the disclaimer and select Next.
  5. Your card will now have the word 'Frozen' across it.
 
  1. Log in to Online Banking with your Nedbank ID.
  2. Go to Cards.
  3. Choose the card you want to freeze.
  4. Use the toggle to freeze or unfreeze the card.
