How to reverse a debit order

Did you know that you can reverse a debit order in just a few easy steps?
Here's how:
- Log in with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
- Select your account, then select Debit orders.
- Choose the debit order you would like to reverse.
- Select Reverse debit order and choose a reason for the reversal
- Select Reverse debit order.
Not all debit orders can be reversed. If you did not authorise a debit order, you can dispute it by calling the Nedbank Contact Centre on 0800 555 111.
And you’re done.
