Avo is available to anyone and everyone, no matter where they bank, and as long as they are a South African citizen.To sign up, you'll need to create a Nedbank ID username and password by providing your name and ID number..

Once FICA verified, you’ll unlock higher limits and additional features.

To verify your identity and secure your Avo Wallet transactions, we will ask that you complete a quick FICAn process.

By default, your wallet balance limit is R24,000, and your daily transfer limit is R5,000. By completing the FICA process on the app, you can upgrade your wallet for a wallet balance limit of R100,000, and a daily transfer limit of R20,000.

Yes, you can track your grocery and product deliveries in the app within ‘Active Orders’. You'll also receive push notifications when a delivery is on its way to you.

Select the item under Order History and request via in-app chat or contact centre. Pack it securely and drop it off at an assigned Avo locker.
