To get your MobiMoney voucher and PIN:

  1. Dial *120*002# from your cellphone. 
  2. Log on with your 5-digit PIN.
  3. Select option 4 (Withdrawal).
  4. Enter the amount and confirm.
  5. We’ll send you an SMS with the withdrawal voucher number and PIN.
  6. To withdraw the cash from your MobiMoney wallet, visit any Nedbank ATM or participating store.

 

To withdraw your cash from a Nedbank ATM

  1. Select Cardless transactions and then Cardless withdrawal.
  2. Enter your voucher number, PIN and the amount you’d like to withdraw.
  3. Just like that – the money will be in your hands!

 

To withdraw your cash from a participating store

1. Go to the till at any of these stores and ask for a Nedbank cardless withdrawal:

  • Checkers

  • Shoprite

  • Usave

  • OK Food & Furniture

  • House & Home

  • Pick n Pay

2. Give the cashier your voucher number and then enter your 4-digit PIN.
