- Go to the Money app login screen.
- Select Forgot your password and tap Reset password.
- Accept the Approve-it message on your cellphone.
- Enter your new password. Make sure you choose a password you haven't used before. Follow the guidelines we’ll display to help you set up a secure password.

- Select Nedbank ID to change your password.
- Enter your username.
- Accept the Approve-it message on your cellphone.
- Enter your new password. Make sure to choose one you've not used before, following the guideline we’ll display to help for your secure password setup.
