1. Go to the Money app login screen.
  2. Select Forgot your password and tap Reset password.
  3. Accept the Approve-it message on your cellphone.
  4. Enter your new password. Make sure you choose a password you haven't used before. Follow the guidelines we’ll display to help you set up a secure password.
  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. Go to Login and security.
  3. Select Nedbank ID to change your password. 
  4. Enter your username.
  5. Accept the Approve-it message on your cellphone.
  6. Enter your new password. Make sure to choose one you've not used before, following the guideline we’ll display to help for your secure password setup.
