If your Nedbank ID is locked, simply reset your password in the following steps: 

  1. Go to the Money app login screen.
  2. Select Forgot your password and then tap Reset password.
  3. You will now receive an Approve-it message. Please read it carefully and press 1 to accept it.
  4. Enter your new password on the What would you like your new Nedbank ID password to be? screen.
  5. Tap Change password.
  6. If the change was successful, you will now be able to log in with your new password. 
  7. For security reasons we may need to confirm your banking information.
