If your Nedbank ID is locked, simply reset your password in the following steps:
- Go to the Money app login screen.
- Select Forgot your password and then tap Reset password.
- You will now receive an Approve-it message. Please read it carefully and press 1 to accept it.
- Enter your new password on the What would you like your new Nedbank ID password to be? screen.
- Tap Change password.
- If the change was successful, you will now be able to log in with your new password.
- For security reasons we may need to confirm your banking information.
