A payment reference number is the number you receive after having bought your voucher. You will see this number under your transaction history once you have selected the purchase in question.

If you make a purchase using a current or a savings account, the money will be credited to your account. If it is through a credit card, the money will not be refunded automatically. Instead, you must call the Nedbank Contact Centre on 0800 555 111 for help.

No. You will need to buy the voucher yourself and then send it to a friend. You can do this from the purchase success screen or purchase history screen. If you bought the voucher on the Money app, you can send it to a friend via any messaging app on your phone. If it was through Online Banking, you can download the voucher as a PDF file to save, print or send.

You have a default prepaid limit and/or available account balance of R1,000 a day. Once you have reached that limit, certain products will be greyed out. To see more products you can increase your limit to R3,000 a day.

 

You can find the redemption instructions throughout the purchase process as well as on the actual voucher that is issued when you select to download, save or share it.

 

No. Vouchers are a prepaid product and refunds are not allowed.
