  1. You will visit a Nedbank branch.
  2. You will be authenticated by the branch consultant and the applicable mandate will be selected.
  3. The mandate (mandate means to give Nedbank permission to debit your account) details will be displayed on the signature pad.
  4. You will then be prompted to action the mandate by making a selection on the signature pad To authorise mandate or to decline mandate.
  5. You will be prompted to sign on the signature pad.
  6. You may request a copy of the mandate via email or print out.
