  1. You will receive an SMS prompting you to call the Nedbank Contact Centre - Call 086 555 111.
  2. You will be authenticated by the contact centre agent and the respected mandate (mandate means to give Nedbank permission to debit your account) will be selected.
  3. Contact centre agent will send an approve it message to your registered cellphone number.
  4. You will be prompted to select one of the options: 1 to authorise the mandate 9 to decline the mandate.
  5. A confirmation message will be displayed on your cellphone.
