  1. Log in with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
  2. Swipe to Loans to see if we’ve already made you an offer.
  3. Alternatively, you can go to Notifications and select Offers for you, or select More then Apply then Personal loans from the app menu.
  1. Sign in to Online Banking with your Nedbank ID.
  2. Select the loan on offer to see more details.
  3. Confirm your employment and credit status.
  4. Include personal loan insurance.
  5. Review the loan breakdown.
  6. Confirm or reduce the loan amount and repayment terms.
  7. Confirm your personal information.
  8. Accept the terms and conditions.
  9. Submit.
  1. Dial *120*001# and choose 1.
  2. Log in to Cellphone Banking with your profile number and 4-digit PIN.
  3. Go to your inbox and follow the prompts.
