How to block your card should it be lost or stolen

Did you know that you can block your card if it is lost or stolen in just a few easy steps?

  1. Log in with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
  2. Select Cards and choose the card to block or replace.
  3. Select Block and Replace.
  4. Choose a reason from the dropdown list.
  5. Select Block Card to confirm

  2.  Select Cards on the menu bar and choose the card you want to block or replace.
  3. Select Block and Replace.
  4. Choose a reason from the dropdown list.
  5. Select Block Card to confirm.
