How to block and replace your card
Simply follow these steps on the Money app or Online Banking.
- On the Money app
- Using Online Banking
- Log on with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
- Go to Cards.
- Choose the card you want to block and replace.
- Tap Block and replace.
- Choose a reason for blocking or replacing your card from the list.
- Tap Block card.
- Log on to Online Banking with your Nedbank ID.
- Go to Cards.
- Choose the card you want to block and replace.
- Click Block and replace.
- Choose a reason for blocking or replacing your card from the dropdown list.
- Click Block card.
