How to freeze your card should it be lost or stolen

Did you know that you can freeze your card in the event it is lost or stolen in just a few easy steps?

  1. Log in with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
  2. Select Cards at the bottom of your screen and choose your card.
  3. Scroll down to the 'Freeze card' option.
  4. Select the slider until it turns green, then read the disclaimer and select Next.

The word FROZEN will appear on your card on the screen.

  1. Log in with your Nedbank ID or QR Code.
  2. Select Cards on the menu bar
  3. Use the toggle to freeze or unfreeze the card.
  4. Select Next.
