How to freeze your card
Simple instructions on how to freeze your card
- Money app
- Online banking
- Log in with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
- Go to Cards.
- Tap Freeze cards.
- Read the disclaimer and select Next.
- Your card will now have the word 'Frozen' across it.
- Log in to Online Banking with your Nedbank ID.
- Go to Cards.
- Choose the card you want to freeze.
- Use the toggle to freeze or unfreeze the card.
