How to freeze your card should it be lost or stolen
Did you know that you can freeze your card in the event it is lost or stolen in just a few easy steps?
- Money app
- Online Banking
- Log in with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
- Select Cards at the bottom of your screen and choose your card.
- Scroll down to the 'Freeze card' option.
- Select the slider until it turns green, then read the disclaimer and select Next.
The word FROZEN will appear on your card on the screen.
- Log in with your Nedbank ID or QR Code.
- Select Cards on the menu bar
- Use the toggle to freeze or unfreeze the card.
- Select Next.
The word FROZEN will appear on your card on the screen.
