How to get your proof of payment

  1. Log on with your Nedbank ID or app PIN or Face ID.
  2. Tap Transact.
  3. Choose Pay.
  4. Scroll down to Your recent payments..
  5. Select the Once-off payments tab or Recipient payments tab if your payment was to a saved recipient.
  6. Select the required transaction.
  7. Tap Share proof of payment.
  8. Decide how you’d like to share your proof of payment.
  9. Type the details in the required fields.
  10. Tap Share.

  1. Log on to Online Banking with your Nedbank ID or a QR Code.
  2. Select Pay.
  3. Select the Once-off payments  tab or Recipient payments tab if your payment was to a saved recipient.
  4. Select the required transaction.
  5. Select  Share proof of payment.
  6. Decide how you’d like to share your proof of payment.
  7. Enter the details in the required fields.
  8. Select Send.
