How to replace a damaged card
Simple instructions on how to replace a damaged card
- Money app
- Online banking
- Log in with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
- Go to Cards.
- Choose the card you want to replace.
- Tap Replace damaged card.
- Choose a delivery method and location from the dropdown list.
- Tap Replace card.
- Log in to Online Banking with your Nedbank ID.
- Go to Cards.
- Choose the card you want to replace.
- Click Replace damaged card.
- Choose a delivery method and location from the dropdown list.
- Click Submit.
