How to replace a damaged card

Simple instructions on how to replace a damaged card

  1. Log in with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
  2. Go to Cards.
  3. Choose the card you want to replace.
  4. Tap Replace damaged card.
  5. Choose a delivery method and location from the dropdown list.
  6. Tap Replace card.

  1. Log in to Online Banking with your Nedbank ID.
  2. Go to Cards.
  3. Choose the card you want to replace.
  4. Click Replace damaged card.
  5. Choose a delivery method and location from the dropdown list.
  6. Click Submit.
