How to use tap and go
Simple instructions on how to use tap and go
- Money app
- Online banking
- Log on with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
- Go to Cards.
- Choose the card on which you want to use tap and go.
- Tap Use tap and go (Green light means On).
- Read the disclaimer and tap Next.
- Tap Submit.
- Log on to Online Banking with your Nedbank ID or QR Code.
- Go to Cards.
- Choose the card on which you want to use Tap and go.
- Select Use tap and go. (Green light means On).
- Read the disclaimer and click Next.
- Click Submit.
To turn the payment feature off, follow the above steps select Use tap and go. Grey colour means Off.
