Easy instructions to get the paid-up letter on your loan

- Online banking
- We can send you a paid-up letter only once your account has been closed.
- Log in with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
- Swipe to Loans to choose your closed account.
- Go to Documents > Request paid-up letter.
- Follow the prompts to see, download or share your paid-up letter.

- Sign in to Online Banking with your Nedbank ID.
- Go to Loans to choose your closed account.
- Go to Features > Documents > Paid-up letter.
- Follow the instructions to share, download or view the paid-up letter.
