How to get a paid-up letter for your student loan

Easy instructions to get a paid-up letter for your student loan

  1. We can send you a paid-up letter only once your account has been closed.
  2. Log in with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
  3. Swipe to Loans.
  4. Go to Student loan to choose your closed account.
  5. Go to Documents > Request paid-up letter.
  6. Follow the prompts to see, download or share your paid-up letter.
