We will provide you with all the information relating to any new account when it is offered to you. We will further provide you with the necessary steps and processes that you must follow when you choose your account.
There is a time limit to move and we give you an opportunity to make a selection and send you a reminder. If you do not make a selection within the prescribed time, we will move you to the most suitable MiGoals account based on your existing account and transacting patterns. Your account fees will not change immediately after you select the MiGoals account you would like us to move you to. You will start to see changes in fees after you receive a message from us, welcoming you to your new MiGoals account.

Yes, you will be able to use your existing card once your account has been migrated. If we need to issue new cards, we'll let you know ahead of time and send them to you.
Yes, you can still use both Online Banking and Money App after your account has been migrated.
We will make sure that your payments are not affected during migration. However, if you notice any discrepancies, please call us on 0800 555 111, and we'll help you sort them out.
The migration will take place on the date indicated in the SMS notification sent to your registered number with us.
You will be notified when your account has been successfully migrated to MiGoals, which means you can start enjoying all the new benefits and features right away!
