  1. Log on with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
  2. Select the bank account you'd like to update.
  3. Tap the Features tab.
  4. Tap Statement delivery preference.
  5. Choose Email or Do not send.
  6. Save your preference.
  1. Log on to Online Banking with your Nedbank ID.
  2. Select Documents and statements at the top of your page.
  3. Select the bank account you would like to update.
  4. Select Preferences.
  5. Accept the Approve-it message on your cellphone.
  6. Choose Email or Do not send.
  7. Click Save.
