A balance transfer is when Nedbank offers to settle your existing credit card balance(s) with other banks through your Nedbank credit card budget facility. The offer will be based on your card balance as reflected at the credit bureau at the time of the offer.

Once you have accepted the offer, we will pay off the outstanding balance* of your credit card(s) held with other bank(s). You will have 24 months to pay off the balance of your credit card balance transfer before you can receive any further balance transfer offers.

* Based on your card balance as reflected at the credit bureau at the time of the offer.

If the balance on your credit card is higher than as reflected at the bureau, we will use that information to make you an offer. It is your responsibility to settle the remaining balance.
