  1. Log in with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
  2. Go to Cards.
  3. Select Freeze cards.
  4. Read the disclaimer and select Next.
  5. Your card will now display with the word Frozen across it.
  1. Sign in to Online Banking using your Nedbank ID.
  2. Go to Cards.
  3. Choose the credit card you want to freeze.
  4. Use the toggle to freeze or unfreeze the card.
