  1. Log on to Online Banking using your Nedbank ID, username and password.
  2. Click Home loan then click Building loan account.
  3. Click Request payment.
  4. Enter the amount and enter the recipient details.
  5. Enter your contact details or the recipient’s contact details.
  6. Submit your request.
  7. Once you have submitted your request, we will let you know which documents we need.
  8. One of our consultants will call or email you if we need more information.
