- Log in with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
- Choose your account.
- Tap the Debit orders tab.
- Choose the debit order you would like to reverse.
- Tap Reverse debit order.
- Choose a reason for the reversal.
- Tap Reverse debit order.
- Tap Stop debit order.
- Through Online Banking
- Log in to Online Banking with your Nedbank ID.
- Choose your account and click Debit order.
- Choose the debit order you would like to reverse.
- Click Reverse debit order.
- Choose a reason for the reversal.
- Click Reverse debit order.
