How to buy prepaid electricity and water vouchers

Did you know that you can buy and claim prepaid electricity and water vouchers in just a few easy steps?

Here’s how:

  1. Log in with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint
  2. Select Transact and Buy for prepaid electricity or water
  3. Input the meter number, the amount you want to buy, add a reference and select Next
  4. Select an account to pay from, review your transaction and select Buy
  5. You will now see your voucher number then select Finish

And you’re done.

  1. Log in to Online Banking with your Nedbank ID.
  2. Go to Cards.
  3. Choose your account.
  4. Click Scheduled payments.
  5. Choose the scheduled payment to view its details.
