How to locate your ShapID

A ShapID is an easy-to-remember alias for your Nedbank account.

Did you know you can locate your ShapID to share, edit or cancel in just a few easy steps?

Here’s how:

  1. Log in with your app PIN, fingerprint, or Nedbank ID.
  2. Select PayShap on the My widgets.
  3. Select Manage ShapID.
  4. Your ShapID will be displayed.

And you're done.
