How to request a copy of your vehicle registration papers (NATIS document)

Did you know that you can request a copy of your vehicle registration papers in just a few steps?

Here's how

  1. Log in with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
  2. Select VAF/MFC account
  3. Select Features
  4. Select Vehicle Registration Papers
  5. Enter your email address

We will then email your vehicle registration NATIS document to the address that we have on record with the subject line: Copy of NATIS

And you’re done.

  3. Click Statement and Documents
  4. Click Copy of registration papers
  5. Enter your email address
