How to cancel a PayShap Request

Did you know you can cancel a PayShap request in just a few easy steps?

Here’s how:

  1. Log in with your app PIN, fingerprint, or Nedbank ID.
  2. Select the PayShap widget then select PayShap request.
  3. Select on Sent requests.
  4. Choose the transaction you would like to cancel.
  5. Select Cancel request.
  6. Choose a reason for the cancellation.
  7. Select Continue.

And you're done.
