How to download your account statement

  1. Log in to the Money app using your Nedbank ID.
  2. You can also log in with your app PIN, fingerprint or Face ID if you have set up these features.
  3. Go to Overview and tap My accounts.
  4. Swipe left to Investments.
  5. Go to Features and tap Download investment statement.
  6. Choose the month for which you want a statement.
  7. On Android: tap the three dots in the corner and then Download.
  8. On iOS: tap the share icon and then choose an app to view and download the statement.
  9. You can choose your preferred file format when downloading.

  1. Log in to Online Banking using your Nedbank ID.
  2. Go to Overview and click on My accounts.
  3. Choose Investments from the account menu.
  4. Go to Features and click on Download investment statement.
  5. Choose the month for which you want a statement.
  6. Choose the type of file you would like to download.
  7. Then download your statement.
