How to download your tax certificate
- Money app
- Online Banking
- Log in to the Money app using your Nedbank ID.
- You can also log in with your app PIN, fingerprint or Face ID if you have set up these features.
- Go to Overview and tap My accounts.
- Swipe left to Investments.
- Go to Features and tap Download tax certificate.
- Choose the tax year you need a certificate for.
- On Android: tap the three dots in the corner and then Download.
- On iOS: tap the share icon and then choose an app to view and download the certificate.
- You can choose your preferred file format when downloading.
- Log in to Online Banking using your Nedbank ID.
- Go to Overview and click on My accounts.
- Choose Investments from the account menu.
- Go to Features and click on Download tax certificate.
- Choose the tax year you need a certificate for.
- Choose the type of file you would like to download (e.g., CSV or PDF).
- Then download your tax certificate.
