1 THE PROMOTER
This promotion is brought to you by Nedbank Limited (promoter, we, us, our) and we reserve the right to make this promotion available to a selected group of clients.
2 PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The promotion starts on 29 August 2022 and will run indefinitely.
3 WHO MAY PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION?
3.1 To participate in the promotion, a participant (you, your) must:
3.1.1 Have a Nedbank Current Account (bank account)
• Nedbank PAYU,
• Savvy Plus,
• Savvy Bundle,
• Keyona Bundle.
• Unlocked.me
3.1.2 Be part of the target audience identified through the direct marketing campaign, such as an InApp notification or a telephone call from the Nedbank Contact Centre (NCC).
3.1.3 be 18 years or older;
3.1.4 be a permanent South African resident and citizen with a valid identity document or a foreign national with a valid permit.
3.1.5 ensure that your bank account is in good standing, which means that your bank account/s must not be in arrears or handed over for legal collection.
3.2 The following people may not participate in the promotion:
3.2.1 Our directors, employees or business partners, or any of their immediate family (spouse or life partner, parents, siblings and children, including adopted children, but not half or step relations), our agents, consultants or marketing service providers.
4 THE OFFER
4.1 Once off R1000.00 in cash.
5 HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE OFFER
5.1 You must meet the entry criteria in clause 3 and ensure Two (2) or more debit orders are switched to and paid from your account (in a single month).
6 SELECTION OF THE QUALIFYING PARTICIPANT FOR THE OFFER
6.1 All participants who have qualified will receive the offer after we have verified and confirmed their details, including their compliance with the participation requirements and the promotion rules.
6.2 We will not be liable for any technical failures affecting your participation and assume no liability if your entry is omitted for any reason.
6.3 If you qualify for the promotional offer, the funds will be electronically transferred to your qualifying bank account within 60 days.
6.4 The offer will be final and binding, and we will not enter into any correspondence.
6.5 Under no circumstances will the offer be given or transferred to a third party.
7 GENERAL
7.1 All information about this promotion, including information published on any promotional material, is part of these terms and conditions.
7.2 We, our associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors assume no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from your participation or for any other loss or damage.
7.3 If you qualify for the offer, we may ask you to consent in writing to endorse, promote and advertise any of our services. You may decline our request to use your photo in marketing material or to participate in any of our marketing activities.

7.5 By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that your personal information will be shared with us and our agents to the extent necessary for the promotion. We will use your personal information only in accordance with South African consumer and data protection legislation.
7.6 By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which we may change at our discretion. If we change them, we will post a written revision at nedbank.co.za.
7.7 We reserve the right to shorten or terminate the promotion for technical, commercial or operational reasons, for reasons beyond our control, or for any other reason at our discretion. If this happens, you agree to give up any rights that you may have as a result of the termination and acknowledge that you will have no recourse against us, our agents, contractors and sponsors as a result of the termination.
7.8 Nedbank reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Campaign throughout its duration. The date on which these terms and conditions were last amended will be shown below the heading. It is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions for amendments
