  1. Log on with your app PIN, Nedbank ID, fingerprint or Face ID.
  2. Tap on Transact at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select Pay.
  4. Select Government payment.
  5. Select the payment you want to complete, found under the Pending tab.
  6. The amount and reference details will be pre-populated.
  7. You can change the account that you want to make the payment from.
  8. Complete the payment.
  9. For your security, an Approve-it message will be sent to your cellphone number. Read it carefully and tap on Accept to authorise the payment.
