  1. Log in to the Money app with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.  
  2. Choose your account.  
  3. Tap on the Debit orders tab.  
  4. Choose Debit order switching.  
  5. A How it works screen will appear.  
  6. Choose Next.  
  7. Enter your old banking details and follow the prompts to capture the information for the debit orders you want to switch. 
  8. Select the company that is debiting you from the list provided.  
  9. Enter the debit order details.  
  10. Confirm that all details are correct before you request the switch.  
  11. We’ll send you confirmation of your request once received.  
  1. Log in to Online Banking with your Nedbank ID.  
  2. Choose your account.  
  3. Click on Debit orders.  
  4. Choose Debit order switching.  
  5. Read the terms and conditions for debit order switching and click on Start switching.  
  6. Enter your old banking details and follow the prompts to capture the information for the debit orders you want to switch. 
  7. Select the company that is debiting you from the list provided.  
  8. Enter the debit order details.  
  9. Confirm that all details are correct before you request the switch.  
  10. We’ll send you confirmation of your request once received.
