Things to know before you apply for a Private One | Young account

You need to be between the ages of 18 and 29. Not available to trust, companies or legal entities

You need to live in South Africa and have a valid South African ID or a valid passport and work permit

No minimum income requirement. However, this bundle is subject to the approval of a R2,000 minimum credit facility

Minimum 4 year degree or 3 years plus Honours (NQF level 8 equivalent)

Documents you’ll need

Your valid South African ID or a valid passport and work permit
Your payslips or stamped bank statements for the past 3 months
Proof of residence like an electricity bill (not older than 3 months)
