- Log into Online Banking.
- Select Current Account, that is the account that will be used for the DebiCheck debit order.
- Select Debit Orders in link.
- Select Mandate to authorize (mandate means to give Nedbank permission to debit your account) to get to the Mandate details screen.
- Select Authorise or Decline.
- Confirmation that the Debit Order has been approved or declined successfully will be displayed.
