How to opt in or out of direct marketing

Did you know, you can adjust your preferences to either receive or not receive direct marketing communications by following these steps?

 
  1. Log in with your app PIN, fingerprint, or Nedbank ID. 
  2. Select More at the bottom of the screen and then select Settings.
  3. Select Communications settings.
  4. Set Allow communication on or off.
  5. If setting communications on select your preferred contact method
  6. Remember to save your changes.

  2. Select Settings and then Preferences.
  3. Select Communications and use the toggle button to switch these communications on or off.
  4. If setting communications on select your preferred contact method
  5. Remember to save your changes.
