How to opt in or out of direct marketing
Did you know, you can adjust your preferences to either receive or not receive direct marketing communications by following these steps?
- Money app
- Online Banking
- Log in with your app PIN, fingerprint, or Nedbank ID.
- Select More at the bottom of the screen and then select Settings.
- Select Communications settings.
- Set Allow communication on or off.
All our direct marketing SMSs have an opt-out option.
- Simply reply ‘Stop’. The reply is free of charge.
- We will remove you from future direct marketing communications, but you will continue to receive service messages.
You can also speak to one of our branch employees for assistance or call us on 0800 555 111.
- Log in to Online Banking with your Nedbank ID or QR code.
- Select Settings and then Preferences.
- Select Communications and use the toggle button to switch these communications on or off.
At the bottom of all our direct marketing emails you will find a link, To opt out from our marketing communications click here.
- Simply click on the link and a prepopulated email will open.
- Send the mail and we will remove you from future direct marketing communications, but you will continue to receive service messages.
