Easy instructions to change your statement delivery preference on your home loans

- Online banking
- Log in with your Nedbank ID, app PIN or fingerprint.
- Swipe left to Loans.
- Choose your home loan account.
- Go to Features.
- Select Statement delivery preferences.
- Choose Email, Post or Do not send.
- Log on to Online Banking using your Nedbank ID, username and password.
- Go to Overview and then click on Loans.
- Choose your home loan account.
- Go to Features.
- Select Statements and Documents.
- Select Preferences and edit your preferences.
- Click Save.
