How to decline a PayShap Request

Did you know you can decline a PayShap request in just a few easy steps? 

Here’s how:

  1. Log in with your app PIN, fingerprint, or Nedbank ID.
  2. Select the PayShap widget then select PayShap request.
  3. Select PayShap request on the received list.
  4. Select Decline.
  5. Choose the reason for declining.
  6. Select Continue.

And you're done.

  3. Click to PayShap request on the received list.
  4. Click Decline.
