Terms and conditions

1. Complimentary Lounge Access

1.1 Complimentary Lounge access is available to the below cards effective 1 May 2019.

• American Express Centurion Card;
  
• American Express Platinum Card;
• American Express Gold Card
• Visa Infinite Credit Card;
• Visa Infinite Cheque Card
• Visa Signature Credit Card;
• Visa Signature Cheque Card;
• PRB Kids;
• American Express Platinum Credit Card;
• Greenbacks Platinum Credit Card;
• Greenbacks Platinum Cheque Card;
• Nedbank Platinum Credit Card
• Nedbank Platinum Cheque Card
• American Express Corporate Gold Card;
• Small Business Credit
• Namibia Platinum Credit Card

1.2 The number of visits listed on the table below apply even if there is supplementary card linked to the account, effective 1 May 2019.

2 Restrictions 

2.1 Access to the Bidvest Premier Lounges is dependent on you meeting the below qualifying conditions as determined by Nedbank Group Limited / American Express:

• Your card account must be in good standing, which means the account must be active and you must be transacting on the account.
  
• You must have spent an average of R4 000 (Four Thousand Rands) a month on your account for three months prior or R4 000 (Four Thousand Rands) in the month of use.
• For American Express Gold Cardmembers, you must spend an average of R3 500 (Three Thousand Five Hundred Rands) a month on your account three months prior or R3 500 (Three Thousand Five Hundred Rands) in the month of use.
• If you have spent less than the required amount, you will be charged a fee for entry into the Lounge in accordance to the Bidvest Premier Lounges pricing guide.
• The card linked to the qualifying account must be presented to gain access into the Bidvest Lounge. If the card is not present, you will be denied access to the Bidvest Premier Lounge.
• You will not be allowed access to the Lounge if the card has expired.
  
• The name on your card must match the name and surname on the boarding pass.
• You will only be granted access to the Lounge two (2) hours in the event of domestic flights and four (4) hours in the event of international flights, prior to the scheduled departure time printed on the boarding pass. If your visit exceeds these time periods, Bidvest Premier Lounges will be entitled to charge you a fee in accordance with their pricing guide available on the Bidvest Lounge website.
