1. The promoter
Nedbank Limited, registration number 1951/000009/06 ("we", "us", "our"), runs this promotion. We reserve the right to make it available to certain Nedbank clients only.
2. Promotion period
The promotion starts on 23 March 2026 and ends on 15 May 2026, or while ticket stocks last ("promotion period").
3. Who can and cannot participate
3.1 You must be 18 years or older.
3.2 You must have a valid South African ID document or smart card.
3.3 You must be a Nedbank client with a valid American Express debit or credit card.
3.4 Your account must be in good standing.
3.5 Employees, contractors, agents, sponsors, or associated companies of Nedbank may not participate in the promotion.
4. How to qualify
To qualify for the promotional discount, visit Howler.co.za and purchase Amex Café and/or Amex Picnic tickets for the Nedbank International Polo event. Payment must be made using a valid Nedbank-issued American Express debit or credit card between 23 March and 15 May 2026.
5. The offer
Participants will receive a 50% discount on Amex Café tickets (limited to the first 30 tickets) and a 50% discount on Amex Picnic tickets (limited to the first 100 tickets). Discounts apply only to online purchases made via Howler.
6. Selection of qualifying clients
6.1 If the qualifying criteria are met, the applicable discount will be automatically applied.
6.2 We will not be responsible for technical failures affecting your participation.
6.3 In case of disputes, our decision will be final and binding

7.1 All information relating to the promotion, including materials published on any platform, forms part of these terms and conditions.
7.2 By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
7.3 Your personal information will be processed in line with South African data protection laws.
7.4 We may extend, shorten, or cancel the promotion if legally required or for reasons beyond our control.
