Prepaid Advance  

Terms and conditions

1. These terms and conditions must be read together with the Value-added Services Terms and Conditions that you have already agreed to and will form the entire agreement between you and us.
2. You can only get one prepaid advance at a time.
3. You can choose to use the whole or a partial amount of the prepaid advance. Once you have made selection, you will not be able to change your selection. You will only be liable for the amount that you have used. 
4. If you only selected a portion of the amount advanced to you, you will not be able to access the balance. 
5. You can only obtain another prepaid advance after you have repaid your current prepaid advance.
6. We will debit your bank account as confirmed by you, after 30 days from the date the prepaid advance was given to you or on an earlier date as confirmed by you.
7. If you default, we may:  
   7.1    Cancel the agreement with immediate effect.
   7.2    Refuse to advance any further amounts to you.
   7.3    Do a combination of the above.
8. Although prepaid advance service is available free of charge, we may, at our discretion, charge a fee for at any time in the future after letting you know in writing.
9. No indulgence or extension of time that we grant will be deemed a waiver of our rights.
10. The laws of South Africa govern these terms and conditions.
